SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the artist.

Most pieces are dispatched within 4 business days. Many of our objects are made to order, so timings can vary. Please check the individual product page for lead times and the artist’s location before placing your order.

Every shipment is tracked and insured.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK & Europe: approximately 7–8 business days from dispatch

  • International: may take longer depending on destination and customs

If you need something by a specific date, we recommend checking the product details carefully or getting in touch before purchasing.

RETURNS

Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for standard items. Once your return is approved, items must be sent back within 14 days.

Important:

  • Made-to-order works cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Made-to-order works can only be returned if damaged or faulty

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (except in cases of damage or fault)

  • It must be returned safely and securely packaged

  • You are responsible for paying for shipping, unless the item is damaged or faulty - it is your responsibility to pay for insurance when returning your order

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@superficialworks.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, including made-to-order works:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@superficialworks.com

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • We will provide a returns label for you to ship the item back

We will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
