WHAT IS SUPERFICIAL OBJECTS?
A curated platform for collectible objects that sit between art, design, and everyday use. Each piece is selected in collaboration with artists and released through seasonal drops.
ARE THE OBJECTS ORIGINAL?
Yes. All works are designed or made by the artist. Depending on the piece, they may be unique, part of a limited edition, or produced in small batches.
WILL MY PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE IN THE IMAGE?
Not always. Many of our objects are handmade, so variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the process. No two pieces are ever completely identical.
ARE ITEMS IN STOCK OR MADE TO ORDER?
Both. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order. You’ll find specific lead times on each product page.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped directly by the artist.
Ready-made pieces are typically dispatched within 4 business days. Made-to-order works follow the timeline listed on the product page.
Delivery usually takes around 7–8 business days within the UK and Europe. International orders may take longer.
WHERE ARE THE ARTISTS BASED?
Our artists are based internationally. Each product page includes the artist’s location, which may affect delivery times and customs.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are not included in the purchase price.
HOW IS THE WORK PACKAGED?
Each order is carefully packaged by the artist using protective materials.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Because many works are made to order or produced in limited quantities, returns are not always possible. Please check the return policy on the product page before purchasing.
WHAT IF MY PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
All shipments are tracked and insured. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with images and we’ll resolve it with the artist.
CAN I COMMISSION A CUSTOM PIECE?

HOW DO THE DROPS WORK?
We release curated selections of objects on a seasonally basis. Some pieces are available for a limited time or in limited quantities, so once they’re gone, they may not return.
